● Introduction:

The beer brewery is a two tank 3 vessel brew house brewing system, which is designed just for the American market, with grist hydrator, gearbox, grant, skid mounted platform, two pumps, multi-positioned butterfly valves, which is always Chunniang's highest standard for North American market. We are specialized in manufacturing different types of  industrial breweries and microbreweries to different clients in the world. The full line products including milling, mashing, fermentation, cooling, filtration, filling and other related processes. We focus on each brewing system to stringent testing procedures before publishing them in the market.

Combi Tank (Mash/Lauter & Hot Liquor Tank):

- The bottom of Mash Lauter Tun is the top of Hot Liquor Tank.

B. Production Standard

- All the welds are full TIG welded by water spray method to ensure uniform weld pattern with full pickling & passivation.

- All Construction is from SUS304 food grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304.

- Stainless steel antislip cover plate or grating is available for the platform stand.

- All jackets will be tested using water pressure testing, testing pressure: 0.6Mpa (6Bar) & working pressure: 0.2Mpa (2Bar).

- All tanks will be pressure tested for 24 hours before leaving the factory.

- Variable speed drives on pumps, motors and agitators.

- All Gaskets are manufactured with EPDM.

- Insulation material: polyurethane, 80mm thickness.

- All signs & wording in English.

- All tanks to be supplied with Data Plates including Test Data & Serial Number.

 

C. Payment Term

- T/T transfer, 30% advance payment in order to start production.
- T/T transfer 70% before the equipment is shipped.

 

D. Delivery Term

- The manufacturing time is 60 – 70 working days, and will be commenced as soon the initial 40% deposit is received in CHUNNIANG account and technical drawings are signed & confirmed by the client.
- The technical files, layouts, drawings and all other technical confirmation time(s) shall not be included in the manufacturing time. Production will not start until all drawings, technical files or layouts are confirmed & signed by appropriate party. This can lead to delays in production and / or delivery time if not completed.

 

According to the client’s needs, various combinations of brewhouse can be offered as followings:

The working flow chart of 1bbl brewery equipment

Once equipment is installed to form the brewing "system", you can begin to produce fresh, craft beers.

Here are the steps of the brewing process as the ingredients flow through the system:

[ 1 ] - MILL

A high-quality, adjustable, two-roll mill crushes the barley to the desired coarseness to form grist.

[ 2 ] - COMBI VESSEL

Actually two tanks in one: In the top unit, called the Mash/Lauter Vessel, grist and hot water are mixed to produce mash.From this, a clear substance called wort is extracted. The bottom unit of the Combi VEssel holds the additional hot water (liquor) needed for brewing and clean-up

[ 3 ] - MANIFOLD

During the brewing process, wort and hot and cold water must move easily through the brewhaouse. The Manifold is a nine-valve control station which allows all liquid to transfer in a safe, sanitary manner. This eliminates liquid spillage and contamination, which may occur when connections or disconnectiong hoeses and clamps, or using swing arm panels.

[ 4 ] - BREW KETTLE

Here wort is brought to boil and mixed with hops, which adds bitterness and aroma to the mixture. Depending on customer preference, the Brew Kettle can be directly gas-fired or steam heated. It mau ca clad in stanless steel and copper, or furnished with the classic onion0shaped dome.

[ 5 ] - PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER

Using tap water, chiled water, glycol or a combination of the three, this compact unit efficiently cools wort before it's transferred to the fermenter. The Exchanger also returns excess hot water to the Hot Water (liquor) Tank for use in the next brew.

[ 6 ] - FERMENTERS

HEre yeast is added to wort to create the distinctive composition and flavor of beer. Our special disign allows for fermentation, aging, carbonation and lagering all in onetank, if desired. This saves the brewer time and minimizes space. Fermenters are individually temperature controlled.

[ 7 ] - FILTER

At this stage, yeast is removed from the mixture, eaving brillantly clear beer. A palte-and-frame or horizontal diatomaceous filter is employed to recover every last drop of beer to minimize and filter the product for packaging.

[ 8 ] - SERVING VESSELS

These units receive and hold the filteres beer for direct service to the bar. Or thay may be used as holding tanks for packaging the product.

1. With export standard bubble film packaging, then for wooden case packaging for alone beer tanks and less brewery equipment.-LCL shipping.
2. If more tanks or complete set of brewery, with bubble film packaging, the for containers for FCL shipping.
3. By bulk carrier or independent containers, the size and quantity rely on the configurations and capacity.
4. Buyers requirement on packaging and shipping, tell us in advance.
5. Transportation method: By sea/Railway/Road/Air.
